Along with providing water, fire, mold, and biohazard clean up and remediation services to the homes and businesses in our community, SERVPRO of Bay County is also proud to offer a variety of Free-To-Attend Continuing Education options for local insurance agents and adjusters.  These courses not only help agents and adjusters fulfill credit requirements for their licenses but provide a wealth of knowledge about restoration industry practices and standards.

Recently, SERVPRO of Bay County has transitioned to offering these courses as an online, virtual learning experience.  This transition has allowed us to reach more community members, offer a wider variety of course subjects, and provide classes more frequently.  Multiple class options have been approved by the State of Florida for virtual learning, including:

• Understanding Mold in the Restoration Industry
• Restoring Contaminated Buildings
• Mitigation Awareness and Response Seminar (MARS)
• Cleaning and Restoring Damaged Contents
• Deodorization of Malodors
